MEET OUR TEAM

Paula - Office Manager
Paula Loveless serves as the office manager for the practice. She received her high school education at Plains High School in Plains, Texas and her undergraduate degree in Mathematics from Texas Tech University. She has twelve years experience as a computer programmer. After a few years at home with young children, she returned to help in the practice in various positions. She is a certified dental assistant which allows her to help in the clinical area as needed. She currently is responsible for coordinating patient treatment in the office and with referrals.

Paula married Kurt in 1979 and together they have three children, Kolin, Kelsea, and Karleigh. Most of her time out of the office has been spent traveling with her children to golf tournaments and volleyball tournaments around the country. She also enjoys music, gardening, reading, needlepoint, and knitting.

Jody - Accounts Payable/Bookkeeping Coordinator
Jody has worked in the office of Dr. Loveless since 2003. Her prior work experience included twenty-seven years as the bookkeeper at a Coop Cotton Gin, then managing a Funeral Home for a year. She tried to retire but soon became bored. Her education in Dentistry began at the front desk and continues in the "back office" serving as the financial assistant. She states, "I continue to learn something new almost daily." She and her husband, Don, have two wonderful children and four awesome grandchildren. Most of their time off from work is spent with the kids. They watch them at rodeos, stock shows, basketball games, music recitals, and other school events. Jody's hobbies include going to plays, concerts, playing bridge, and reading. She also enjoys travel with her friends.

Britni - Financial/Insurance Coordinator
Britni is a Lubbock native and proud home school graduate.  Following high school, Britni graduated with Honors from LCU, earning her Bachelor’s degree in Family Studies.  In 2008, Britni married her amazing husband Austin.  They have a precious puppy named Koda, which brings them great joy.  In her spare time Britni enjoys reading, watching musicals, working on projects around the house, and spending as much time with her family and friends as possible.  She also loves taking time out for a quiet moment with Jesus and a nice pot of tea.  Britni took on the role of Financial/Insurance Coordinator in April of 2011.  She is happy to be part of an incredibly caring team, being able to work together to help make a difference, and takes pleasure in helping patients maximize the benefits they deserve from their insurance policies.

Jennifer - Hygienist
Jennifer grew up in a small town in New Mexico. She enjoyed riding horses and playing basketball until she left home for college. Jennifer graduated dental hygiene school from Amarillo College in 2007. She and her husband, Jeff, welcomed their daughter, Jordyn, in March of 2010. Jennifer loves watching Jordyn grow and learn, she also enjoys seeing movies, shopping and spending time with friends and family. Her favorite thing about dentistry is the pride she feels helping patients achieve good oral health and changing peoples smiles.

Allison - Hygienist
Allison grew up in Denver City. After high school, she played a year of volleyball at Wayland and then completed dental hygiene school in Amarillo. Allison married her high school sweetheart, Ben, in July of 1999. Much of their time is spent keeping up with their young children, Landry and Lillie. They are active members of Indiana Baptist Church. In her free time, Allison enjoys reading, scrap booking and spending time with her family at the lake. She has practiced Hygiene for ten years, and has been part of the Loveless team for almost seven years.

Robin - Dental Assistant
Robin grew up in Olton, Texas and moved to Lubbock after graduation to attend Texas Tech University. During her first year at TTU, she met her husband of almost seven years who grew up in Lubbock and graduated from Coronado High School. After completing her first year at TTU, Robin decided to begin her career in the medical profession as a receptionist. Robin joined our staff as a dental assistant after her first child Carter was born. She has now been working with Dr. Loveless for over three years and recently had their second child, daughter Cayleigh.
